Internet explorer doesn't show the pictures on most pages! I have tried this on two pc's and neither can show them. If you load up firefox then you can view them, but how many people use it and how many people would load two browsers on their pc?
Any chance of the web designer loading the pages using IE?
I would be thinking that you may loose a lot of users if they cannot see the photos!

We try to view the site on several browsers, we use IE but maybe you have an older version. I will ask matt to look into it on Monday.

There's no IE issues here ... try deleting cookies, and starting again !
